Antique English Silverplated Basket - circa 1870, Hand Chased

Antique English silver plated round basket on a pedestal base.  The basket has an applied simple border and has a hand chased leaf design.  The swing handle has an applied border with matching hand chasing.  The basket stands on a simple pedestal base.
