Antique English Ornate Silver Plated Candlesticks - circa 1890 | Barker - Ellis?

The square melon shaped based antique English silver plated candlesticks have oversized baluster formed stems with oversized leaf and flower chasing.  The bases and removable bobeches ( sconces ) have matching designs.  The bases have green felt.  Though the candlesticks are not marked, Barker-Ellis owned the tools for this design.
