Oval Fluted English Silver Plated Basket - circa 1860

Antique English silver plated oval basket on a pedestal base.  The basket has an applied gadroon and shelol border and has a hand engraved fern leaf design decoration.  The swing handle has a ball top.  The body has a hand engraved flange with a fluted bowl.  The oval fluted pedestal base is fluted.
