English Silver Plated Tall Coaster - circa 1890. Unmarked Barker - Ellis. The body of the coaster is pierced with garlands ( festoons ) with rosettes at the tops of the garlands. The applied border is very ornate. The coaster has a wood base with a felt bottom.
