Antique English Silver Plated 7 Bar Toast Rack - circa 1875, Atkins Brothers

The antique English toast rack has 7 rungs and stands on a rectangular tray with an applied gadroon border.  The toast rack stands on 4 feet.  The rack is surmounted by an applied clover shaped handle.  There are 2 ting blemishes on the bottom of the tray - shown in the photographs
