The very fine Old Sheffield plate ( a fusion of sterling and copper used from 1740 - 1840 ) is in its' original condition with its' original tin backing. It is hand chased a traditional scroll and lattice motif. The applied sterling silver border is scroll and shell in design. The salver stands on 4 claw and ball feet with leaf termini. The salver shows some bleeding on the face. Circa 1810. Crested
