English Silver Plated Neo-Classical Tea Urn - circa 1865

The vase shaped antique English silver plated tea urn with bright cut hand engraved with typical neo-classical leaf, flower and garland engraving.  The large loop handles have large acanthus leaf termini.  The engraved spout has a hand carved ivory faucet.  The urn stands on a round fluted pedestal and is on a shaped square base that is hand engraved and stands on 4 ball beaded feet.

Suitable for serving both - coffee and tea.
