Returns & Exchanges Policy

FEINBERG SILVER is committed to providing its customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. If within 30 days of receipt of your order, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, FEINBERG SILVER will gladly help you return your unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund less (shipping and gift wrap charges). To return an item, simply use the return label provided with your purchase. You will be responsible for the return costs. Include the product in the box and attach the return label located on the bottom of the invoice to the outside of the box.

FEINBERG SILVER's products are fragile and must be treated with the utmost in care when repackaging them. Be sure to keep all original packing materials if you plan to return an item. For your security, please use an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. FEINBERG SILVER is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. All items must be packed sufficiently to receive full credit on the return. Pending inspection and approval of returned product, your card will be credited the full amount of your purchase less shipping and gift wrap charges. All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Returning Damage, Defective, Or Mis-Shipped Items
If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective, or not the correct product, FEINBERG SILVER will provide a prepaid return label. Please contact FEINBERG SILVER Customer Service at

Order Cancellation
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel backordered items that have not yet shipped, please contact FEINBERG SILVER Customer Service at 1.
